What To Wear

What to Bring
Aside from all the standard things you would bring on any trip, the following things will be helpful:
Sunglasses, sun block, bug spray, change of shoes, binoculars - if you are interested in the bird population, small day pack, small plastic canteen or water bottle, special dietary items, lightweight but durable poncho or windbreaker is a good idea too.
As a basic rule, if you cannot get along without it, bring a spare. This applies for contact lenses and glasses, sunglasses, flashlight and any personal medications.
