Resort Booking Policies
- Rates listed are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of 9% Government Hotel Tax and 6% Service Charge.
- Rates shown are for suites, which have a separate bedroom (queen size bed) and a living room with an inflatable bed.
- Rates are based on double occupancy, max allowable four adults per suite. Each additional adult = $25 extra per night. Children 3-17 = $15 per night. Children 2 & under are free.
- No meals are included in the rates.
- All rates are inclusive of complimentary transfer to and from San Pedro Town upon arrival and departure.
- All reservations will need a 2 night deposit (unless prior arrangements have been made). If the reservation is within 45 days of occupancy date, full payment is due at time of booking.

- Belizean Shores Resort recommends trip cancellation protection or a limited medical, trip delay and baggage protection plan, for all reservations which is not included in the nightly room rate. Please note our cancellation policy.
- Cancellation Policy: Belizean Shores Resort requires at least 45 days notice in order to issue a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. If providing less than 45 days notice of cancellation, a refund will be provided, less two night's deposit and $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations on or after check in date will not be refunded.
- A Minimum Stay of two nights is required for Low, Mid and High Seasons; Peak Seasons require a minimum of five nights.
- Group Policy: Belizean Shores Resort customizes group packages case by case. Inquire directly at reservations@belizeanshores.com. Deposit will be required.
