Resort Booking Policies

1. Rates listed are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of 9% Government Hotel Tax and 6% Service Charge.
2. Rates shown are for suites, which have a separate bedroom (queen size bed) and a living room with an inflatable bed.
3. Rates are based on single or double occupancy. A maximum of two children, 12 years and under sharing existing bedding, stay free. Additional adults pay US$25.00 per night plus 9% Government Tax & 6% Service Charge.
4. No meals are included in the rates.
5. All rates are inclusive of complimentary transfer to and from San Pedro Town upon arrival and departure.
6. All reservations will need a 2 night deposit (unless prior arrangements have been made). If the reservation is within 45 days of occupancy date, full payment is due at time of booking.

8. Belizean Shores Resort recommends trip cancellation protection or a limited medical, trip delay and baggage protection plan, for all reservations which is not included in the nightly room rate. Please note our cancellation policy.
9. Cancellation Policy: Belizean Shores Resort requires at least 45 days notice in order to issue a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. If providing less than 45 days notice of cancellation, a refund will be provided, less two night's deposit and $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations on or after check in date will not be refunded.
10. A Minimum Stay of two nights is required for Low, Mid and High Seasons; Peak Seasons require a minimum of five nights.
11. Group Policy: Belizean Shores Resort customizes group packages case by case. Inquire directly at reservations@sandypointresorts.com. Deposit will be required.
